1. The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Unit, Lincoln Flats C5, Makerere University

2. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00 am, on Friday, 28 June 2019.

3. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above (1) and upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Ugx 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand) for the procurement. The method of payment will be by bank to Makerere University Council MUC Stanbic Bank Ac No 9030005964309
